Contest Rules
ELIGIBILITY
- Contest will begin on November 3rd, 2023 and run through January 31st, 2024.
- The Contest is open to Outdoor Elements Certified Dealers located within the United States only.
- The design and installation of the project must be completed by January 31st, 2024.
- It is free to enter and all entries must be submitted online
- Contestants may submit more than one entry but cannot enter the same project more than once.
- Residential and commercial projects are eligible for submission.
ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
- All contest entries must be submitted online https://outdoorelementsusa.com/outdoor-elements-project-awards/
- We will not accept mail-in entries.
- The Project Name should be used to label/name any photographs submitted for entry. (Do Not Use Dealer Name)
- Entrants must submit a minimum of (3) professional-quality color photographs of the featured project.
- All entries must meet national code installation requirements and restrictions.
- CGI renderings will not be accepted as valid submissions.
JUDGING
- The Contest is judged by a panel of design and architectural professionals
- Judges will evaluate qualifying entries based upon considerations such as:
- Best Residential Project
- Best Commercial Project
- Most Innovative Design
- Best Product Showroom
PRIZE
- At the close of the contest, a Grand Prize will be awarded to a single winner for each category.
- Each Grand Prize includes a $1,000 discount on your next order.
- Each Grand Prize must be redeemed by each winner by December 2024.
- Entrants will also be featured on Outdoor Elements USA website and social platforms.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Outdoor Elements reserves the right to use the photos submitted of the winning project across all official company marketing and advertising platforms, in perpetuity.
