Terms: Outdoor Elements terms are set as CBS(Cash Before Shipment) for all dealers. This includes 50% collection at time of manufacture and 100% prior to shipment. If payment is made by credit card, there will be an additional 3% fee.

Personal Guarantee: It is fully understood and agreed that the undersigned Owner(s) will unconditionally, individually, and jointly and severally guarantee full payment of the purchase price of goods so delivered. It is understood and agreed that the purchaser will pay, to the extent permitted under applicable law, all reasonable collection fees, attorney fees, and court costs incurred by Outdoor Elements in connection with any collection action.
