Under normal conditions, the finish on your pergola including, louvers, beams, posts and hardware will not chip, peel, or blister for fifteen (15) years from the date of installation and is protected by our warranty. To clean, lightly rinse with a garden hose and spot clean any trouble spots with a soft brush or cloth with clear water. This easy maintenance should eliminate most dirt and grime and give your pergola a nice new sheen.

We first apply a manufacturer's integrated primer to all aluminum components and bake at 400 degrees. We then apply our Super Duty Powder Coat Material and bake for a second time to precise manufacturer's specifications which locks in and cures the material.
